Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood

Probably my favorite thing about this job is getting to learn a little bit about a lot of things. It's like being on an episode of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood every day. I'm pretty sure Mr. Rogers never took us on a brewery tour, but it was still cool to go to Flying Fish today and see the brewmasters at work.

Didn't have the heart to tell her that Pluto's no longer a planet.

Spring Awakening

Wow. So I had some health problems and was out of work for two weeks and have generally felt lousy for the last month, all of which is a lame excuse for why I have not updated in so long. But it's impossible to feel bad when it's 70 degrees outside, so I'm getting my act together and hopefully will be posting much more regularly.

Waiting for Rachael

Things I never want to do on a beautiful Fall day: 1. Stand in line with close to 1,000 people for three hours to see Rachael Ray.

Even a Blind Squirrel...

Ok so the truth is that I am not all that great of a sports photographer, which is annoying because I absolutely love sports. But the gods were smiling on me Saturday as I lucked my way into this shot. Unfortunately they weren't smiling on the receiver, as he dropped the ball.

Continuing to Serve

The members of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 899 are on a mission, to ensure that today's veterans receive the thanks and respect that those who served in Vietnam never found. To view an audio slideshow on their story, please go to:
